Nancy and I want to send condolences on the loss of your father. I regret that I only meet him a couple of times, probably all in the 1950's. The first of these was on a visit to Three Rivers just prior to marrying your mother, and I recall how happy they were. They came to Bear Lake a year or two later. I remember your father then as a very pleasant, soft-spoken man who enjoyed delving into our parent's collection of National Geographic magazines.
