My uncle was so special. His brother Orville was my father and gave his life in WWII. Uncle Judd always therefore always so special. Will miss a good man.
I always think of him as the quiet joker. Always a laugh, always picking. You had an amazing father. Rest well Mr Cooley. (he'd say Judd, I always said yes Mr Cooley) our thoughts are with you in this time of grief.
Judd was such a big part of life in Nashville for such a long time. I have fond childhood memories of skating on the flooded river, playing in the yard between the house and the hotel, Rusty the big red Irish Setter...all the while, Judd watching over us, keeping us safe. I see him smiling and shaking his head when we were just a bit mischievous....
As an adult, I am grateful for his service to Nashville and Castelton Township for many years, he was steadfast. He will be missed for so many reasons.
Thank you, Gale and Deb, for sharing your wonderful father with so many.
Judd will be missed by all, especially his C4astleton Township friends, co-workers, and military members. His contributions and dedication to the community will be sorely missed.
