Condolence: I have rarely met a person so kind and instantaneously accepting and loving as Sally Brisco. The moment she met me, I was adopted. She was always welcoming with smiles and hugs...and comments about how I must somehow be a twin to her daughter, Heather. She was always looking to make others happy.
