Marjorie Peake

Mrs. Marjorie Peake, age 74, of Nashville formerly of Delton passed away Wednesday, July 6th, 2016 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus, Grand Rapids, MI.

Marjorie was born in Dowling, MI on September 12, 1941, the daughter of the late Ernest and Mildred (French) Ruthruff.

She was the widow of Mr. Eldon Peake. Eldon & Marjorie where married on March 22, 1959 at Praireville Bible Church. They made their home in the Hastings area until relocating to the Nashville area in 1973 where they established the family farm.

Marjorie enjoyed being outdoors gardening, tending to her flower gardens and helping groom the horses on the farm.

Marjorie is survived by her three daughters, Virginia (Duane) Werner, Deb (Chuck) Reid, Wendy (Mark) Jorgensen, four sons Jeff (Krissy Slagel) Peake, Tom (Jennifer) Peake, Randy (Stephanie) Peake, Bill (Karrie Ellsworth) Peake, two sisters, Barb Rench, Janet Sackett, four brothers, Alvin (Olive) Ruthruff, Allen (Faye) Ruthruff, Harlan (Brenda) Ruthruff, Russ (Carol) Ruthruff, She is also survived by 27 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her siblings Jerry, Roy, Duane, Donna Mae, Leonard, and her granddaughter Niki Jo O'Dell

Funeral Services will be held at The Daniels Funeral Home, Nashville, MI, at 1 PM on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, with Pastor Tim Olson officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the funeral service beginning at 12 Noon.

Interment will take place immediately following the funeral service a Fuller Cemetery in Hastings.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, or American Heart Association.
